Abstract
The Journal of Media Educational Technology & Communications (JOMETEC) is journal in the field of Educational Technology. Published by the Department of Educational Technology and Library Studies, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
The journal is typically positioned as a platform for contextualized research addressing African and global digital learning challenges to:
i. advance scholarship in Media Studies, Educational Technology, and Communication research.
ii. promote interdisciplinary dialogue among researchers, educators, media practitioners, instructional designers, and communication experts.
iii. disseminate empirical and theoretical research that improves teaching, learning, training, and knowledge dissemination through media and digital technologies.
iv. encourage innovation in the design, implementation, and evaluation of media-based and technology-enhanced learning systems.
v. support policy and practice development in education, media industries, and communication sectors, particularly within developing contexts such as Nigeria and Africa.
